Mad Menu Zine

Mad COVID was a shared space for grassroots mental health survivor / service user projects that started during the COVID19 pandemic. This website is being maintained for historical purposes – please note that none of its projects are currently active.

Food ideas for when you’re too mad to shop, cook or do any washing up

This is a 60 page illustrated zine with food ideas and recipes for people who sometimes or often find it difficult to manage food because they’re mad! Made by Luna Tic, with tips from many mad comrades.

Thanks to a generous mad comrade, we have 100 physical copies of the zine to give away entirely free (UK p+p included). To enquire please email madcovid@gmail.com.

A digital version is available to view and download for free below. You are welcome to print a copy yourself, or donate one to a library with free public access, or your local unit! Or otherwise collage and reuse it however you wish, but please make sure that you credit MadCovid and do not sell or redistribute this zine for profit.

Please be aware that due to the format of the zine, the graphic digital download is incompatible with screen reading. We recommend that people who use a screen reader download the plain text document.
