Craft Club is an informal get together using Zoom, on the last Monday of every month, 19:00 – 20:00. We invite mad makers, crafters and creatives of any practice or ability to join us. Bring along whatever you’re working on, something you’d like to start, or just an idea to share with the group if you would like to. Camera and talking are optional. We hope to see you there!
Some house-rules for Craft Club:
- Unfortunately we do not have capacity to run Craft Club as a peer-support group. If you are in need of support please contact your care provider, or call 999 in an emergency.
- Where appropriate, we ask that makers provide trigger warnings for their work and ask for the consent of other participants before sharing with the group. Even if the work is not graphic, but speaks to experiences that others might find distressing.
- Our discord channel is not monitored regularly throughout the week. You are welcome to use the channel outside of Craft Club to share makes and resources, as well as encouragement, provided that you keep to the house-rules!
- As with all our projects, Mad Covid does not tolerate hate speech of any kind. Any persons found to break this house-rule will be removed immediately.
